At Water Filter World Australia, we're committed to getting your high-quality water filters and reverse osmosis systems to you as quickly as possible. As a family-run Brisbane business with a physical shopfront, we pride ourselves on fast, reliable Australia-wide delivery.1. Flat Rate Express Shipping – Australia Wide
  • We offer a flat rate of $19.95 for express shipping on MOST orders, no matter the size, weight, or destination across Australia (including remote areas).
  • This covers most standard orders dispatched via reliable express couriers (e.g., Australia Post Express, StarTrack, or similar partners).
  • Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout — always $19.95 flat (no surprises!).
Note: Very large or bulky items (e.g., whole house systems) may require special handling. We'll contact you if any adjustment is needed, but our goal is to keep it simple at $19.95 wherever possible.2. Same Day Dispatch for Weekday Orders
  • Place your order before 1:00 PM AEST on weekdays (Monday–Friday) and we'll dispatch it the same day (subject to stock availability and order verification).
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • We aim to process and ship all in-stock orders within 1 business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes (Estimates Only)Delivery times are provided by our carriers and depend on your location:
  • Brisbane Metro & QLD/SE QLD: Usually 1–2 business days
  • Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, major capitals: Usually 2–3 business days
  • Regional & rural Australia: Usually 3–5 business days (remote areas may take longer)
  • WA, NT, TAS: Usually 3–7 business days
These are estimates only — we can't guarantee exact delivery dates due to carrier delays, weather, or peak periods. All shipments include tracking (sent via email once dispatched).4. Order Processing & Cut-Offs
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday during business hours (shop open 9:30 AM–5:00 PM weekdays).
  • We verify stock, payment, and details before dispatch.
  • If an item is out of stock, we'll notify you promptly (usually within 24 hours) with options like backorder, substitute, or refund.
5. Important Information
  • PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers where possible (using Australia Post services). Larger items may require a street address.
  • Signature on Delivery: Most express parcels require a signature for security.
  • Inspection on Arrival: Please inspect your package upon delivery. Report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours so we can assist with claims.
  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us — we'll track it and resolve quickly.
